ODOO GERMANY

Odoo’s Germany localization helps you run accounting and compliance with German standards, including SKR03 / SKR04 charts of accounts and localized accounting settings.

For collaboration with German tax advisors, Odoo can export accounting entries to DATEV (both ATCH and DATA exports) directly from the General Ledger.

With Germany’s mandatory e-invoicing changes from 2025, e-invoices must be structured (EN 16931), and common formats include XRechnung and ZUGFeRD; businesses must also be able to receive e-invoices (an email inbox can be sufficient).

For beverage wholesale, Pfand (deposit) processes can be tracked and reconciled in operational workflows, aligned with the German one-way deposit system (DPG).
